These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AI Assessmentwebsite and talent-assessment platform (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

AI Assessment lets organizations generate, deliver, and grade candidate assessments, including AI-generated questions and AI-assisted grading with rubric feedback.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not upload unlawful content or use the Service to violate anyone’s rights.
• Use the Service only for lawful hiring and assessment purposes.

Candidate data & your responsibilities

When you assess candidates, you act as the data controller for their personal data and are responsible for obtaining any required notices and consents. Our handling of that data is described in our Privacy Policy.

AI-generated output

Assessments and grades produced by the Service are decision-support tools, not guarantees. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for your final hiring decisions; the Service should not be the sole basis for an employment decision.

Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Service and its underlying technology. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us the rights needed to operate the Service for you.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited as set out in your order or applicable agreement.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or as required by law.

Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction stated in your agreement with us.
